house started shaking and I went out on the deck and two helicopters came over on south side and then two passed on the north side, all under 500 feet heading WNW...first 3 were totally dark, NO lights and last had a red and white flashing light...that's a first for me

    Judicial rulings are supposed to be based upon the law. Even bad law (read Roe Vs Wade) must be upheld until determined to be unconstitutional or changed by CONgress.

    I wonder where this ruling has any basis in current immigration law?

    Immigration Law is a disaster, it has been since 1964we know that. CONgress ain't gonna fix it; our Republic's decline is accelerating.

    The law NOW SAYS anyone setting foot inside the U.S. border and pleading asylum shall be given shelter, food, clothes and can be detained for some length of time before they are released into the U.S. The law does not say, enters legally, does not say they are caught entering illegally or not caught. The fact they are inside the U.S. they get to stay and get their day in court.

    Not enough judges or time to get the cases heard so they are released into the united states and sent back to their home country.

    This is why this overwhelming invasion, the activists / left are overloading the U.S. legal system thousands of asylum seekers to bog down the system, but it's worse, hundreds of immigration lawyers are also setting up delays in the system.

    Trump TRIED to say anyone entering illegally would NOT be allowed to plead asylum and 9th circuit Judge said TRUMP couldn't do that.

    I think the next step Trump may take is to declare a state of National Emergency. Gives him powers to stop the invasion.??
