new rule to relist??

I just tried to relist an unsold item and got this "In order to perform this action you need to have a valid automatic payment method on file. ".....something new??

  As far as I know it's not anything new. To my knowledge, one has to have an automatic payment method on file to even have a GB account.

  I've got that but as I read this I need to accept c.c.'s or direct deposit payments from buyers
