McCain Cover-Up of Vietnam POWs
On another site, someone encouraged everyone to google information about McCain?s father covering up stuff for him. I googled and found this story about McCain covering up evidence along with the government about documented evidence of live POWs left behind. It is long, but fascinating.

i consigned him to the trash bin after he crapped all over his first wife ..after she refused any of her medical condition to reach him while he was in prison in NV so as NOT to worry him ..he came back to a much physically changed wife and dumped her for a youger attractive daughter of the areas largest beer distributer who shortly inherited it all....he is just a lowlife who got lucky ...did not hear of any of the POW cover up till now ???? 0 -

That myth was debunked long ago. Having spent 5 years pounding a flight deck as a troubleshooter I know all aircraft set to launch are spotted in a manner that put's the tailpipes pointing over the side, there are no exceptions. No wet start caused that disaster. Stray voltage on an F-4 parked across caused that Zuni to launch striking the aircraft parked next to his. His conduct afterwards was atrocious, spending most of his time in the squadron's ready room while his shipmates fought the blaze amid exploding ordnance. Then shortly afterwards going to Saigon for "much needed" R&R while his ship limped to Subic Bay to be repaired, the wounded tended to and the dead buried.
He suffered the majority of his injuries due improper ejection from his aircraft. Anyone who has ever ejected from an A-4 Skyhawk knows what I'm talking about because if the canopy didn't jettison the seat would have never fired and if your not set your going to get hurt.
His time as a POW is really a mystery. We know his claims from his book but no proof. His assertions have been refuted by other POW's as well as the Vietnamese, Nixon blanket pardoned all POW's and their debriefings were classified never to be seen again. His conduct afterwards concerning the POW/MIA issues suggests he has something to hide.
His treatment of his first wife was disgraceful. I was in the fleet when McCain was still on active duty and his antics were well known, his bullying volcanic temper tantrums were legendary, and the abusive nature he exhibited well established. Having a 4 star admiral (and CINCPAC to boot) for a dad covers up a lot of warts. Read " A Maverick Revisited" written back in 2008 by Rolling Stones magazine. For a liberal rag it's astonishingly accurate on it's expose of McCain. Unz's article is also enlightening.0 -

BTW: The FID was my home from '76 to '79. I used to pass by the bronze plaque in Hanger Bay 1 every day commemorating the fire. There were 134 names on it, not 136.0 -

I do not understand why it is news that he will by lying in state in State in AZ and DC for two weeks, and it was not news that he was lying in Congress for 35 years. 0 -
