Illegal aliens have 2nd Amendment rights? How can that be right?

Obviously a problem and the framers did NOT take enough care with stating the obvious nor had any concept of modern lawyers.

    time to exercise your first amendment rights using your 2nd.

    If pissing on the flag is protected under the first, shooting a lawyer or illegal surely is protected under the first and second.
