have you ever tried?
I tried this morning until the phone battery went dead.
I am now on a corded phone been holding for 15 minutes. now just got a message I am caller #9
WTH they need more customer service personal
just got through to them. it was ordered 11-29 and was told expect 10 more days before it will ship
I told them to forget it

    Never called but i have had great service from them. Never a problem to call for.

    There is a reason their prices are cheap......you just found out why! Have some patience, it'll show up.

    I would rather pay $10. more and have it in two to three days

    Well, some people are like that. I would rather save an additional $10.00, and wait an extra week.

    when you have a ffl and tell your customer it should be in by XXXXXX and they call you and ask, where is my item
    that is the problem[xx(]
    I have a few customers not many, that just call me and tell me what they want and they never argue with my price. I always try to find the lowest price and add my fee and taxes.
    it just so happened I got an e male from palmetto hours before it expired (always ) for a good deal on what the customer wanted.
    considering psa is located in SC I told him PROBABLY 3-4 days delivery. my e mail from them never changed "PROCESSING". I have got items from distributors farther away than SC in 4 days. yes even this time of year
    Davidsons in Az is no more than 4 days for me PSA can KMA

    If they had to hire a bunch of people to answer the phone to tell people their order that is being processes is being processed than htey would raise the prices to the same as everyone else LOL

    Pretty sure they usually have a blurb on the web site that says shipping slow during holidays.

    I don't mind waiting when I can save, usually a lot more than 10 bucks too

    Funny thing..when I purchase I order instead of going to store. Store prices are not the same and jacked up. When ordered it comes the next day. Local.

    I cant count the AR parts or ammo I have ordered from PSA and never had a problem. If I had a question I just e-mailed and always got a reply back within an hour or so. Most of the time my items came in sooner than expected

    I do see your side of of it , your customers want it now or go some where else

    I've never had a problem with PSA. I've only had one order come slow and it was after Black Friday. The get a crap ton of orders. I still have a Black Friday order from Optics Planet that hasn't arrived.

    never a problem with anything from them. i don't order with extreme urgency in mind either, more of a it gets here when it gets here attitude.

    I have never dealt with them before. I usually deal with jerrys zanders, Davidsons, bill hicks etc. I can get items from jerrys in 2 days and as I said Davidsons usually in 4 days. I got their e mail hours before it expired and placed an order. I just expected it in the same time frame.
    they may be ok if you have time to wait. I don't if I want to keep my customers coming back
    actually I found the same item on Gb for just a few dollars more
