    There is precedent on the SCOTUS that if you were not present at the oral arguments, you do not issue a ruling on those cases. If Roberts has any integrity, he will advise RBG that any rulings she submits will not be considered.

    Another example of why we need term limits to all offices and mandatory age retirement.

    Ginsberg will hold on as long as she can, if she can make it to late 2019 she will have done her job then the (D)'s can invoke the "Biden" rule.
