I could have told you that. Problem is...I think those are USMC Hummers and AFAIK no Marines have been deployed there as of yet. 0 -

A friend of mine is a Lt with the LA County Sheriffs Dept. He told me they were evaluating the ADS system for use in civil unrest situations. He said it heats up your skin like you are in a microwave.0
