shop update

its been done a couple weeks now just been busy and too dang hot to get much done inside it.

going to build the meter loop this coming week and we already have the transformer and service ran so its just a mater of getting the loop up and the breaker boxes in and ill have some power in it.

    How big is it? Did you build it yourself? What did the concrete cost? Where did you get the kit, if you built it yourself?

    I will be starting my project next fall, and I need some leads!

    I had it built, just did not have the time to do it myself.

    its 12x40x40 with a 20x40 lean too
    the total cost after a lot of dirt work was 32,000 dang things are not cheap anymore around here and was about 3000 cheaper then the other bids i had got.
    its all metal.

    I just started breaking ground on a 30x40.
    It will have 2 10' wide by 8' tall doors.

    Very nice, and not a bad price for not doing it yourself. I'm going to build a 40'x60' with double lean-tos.

    It'll have 14' sidewalls too.

    Should cost me about $60k with me doing most of the work, except the concrete finishing.
