    He has his own facebook page...he was also shot approx 27 times with a pellet gun...he seems to be recovering well from his various surgical procedures. They've raised like $15K for his vet bills.

    the same treatment should befall the asshat who did it

    a couple weeks ago here in Ohio some buttwipe posted on FB torturing a cat by hanging and beating and hitting it with rocks it was his GF cat he was trying to get back at her . he is facing fenoly charges as a start

    Two things come to mind: a shoelace isn't strong enough to strangle a dog and a pellet gun isn't an effective dog killer.
    Both are usually effective on cats.
