    If they indeed are Asylum Seekers, then Trump can't actually stop them from entering. But he can put them in camps while they are vetted for admittance individually. Just like the Asylum Seekers from Cuba in 1980...

    But really, how can they be considered Asylum Seekers and not Invaders where they're carrying the flag of their own countries???

    Actually he can. The law specifically states that asylum seeker MUST report to the first country outside of the country they fled from, that they are seeking asylum.
    If they don't do the first step, they are sent packing.
