There are several states that are pumping money into their state's ACA program, but it's doomed. Even when the Big Liar was telling us how great it was, it was insolvent.

The problem is that the law creating it was never repealed, thanks to the failure of the Republicans to pass legislation declaring it over. But, it's dead, it just doesn't know it yet.
