Send the Military and state militia (2100 are already on the border). Process those that are apprehended (won't turn back). Seeking asylum in the U.S. should be initiated from the country where they live but that takes too long and might not be granted. So, decide at the border and ship them the proper direction.
These folks aren't seeking asylum for any reason except finding a better paying job. There are College graduates in the Caravan.
Last, who is helping.
Who ever wants to help, NGOs, Citizens of all the involved countries, Cher and Jane Fonda would be helping if they were younger than 70. Probably donating to an NGO. [:D]0 -

is accurate.....this is going to be a very difficult
situation for Trump and his administration to

As stated, financial aid will be curtailed.
Any kind of physical forced used at the border
is highly unlikely.
If the caravan is limited to foot travel only
it will take weeks to hit the border.

My first thought is that US special operations/special forces soldiers are likely embedded with the migrants moving north, conducting surveillance and determining the command structure. The President can order active duty forces to the border in a support capacity. I imagine Texas Governor Abbott would fully support activating the Texas national Guard to fill a LE function with Texas DPS inorder to supplement Border Patrol. Plus they can move the DHS agents, ICE and other Fed agencies to that area as well. 0 -

These criminals took down a barrier and injured a number of armed Mexican police/border officers when they crossed into Mexico. Why did they bother building a barrier?
Why did they bother being armed?
Why did they even show up at the border?
If it was a band of white Americans crashing the border from the north, does anyone think that the Mexican officials would not have turned it away with force?
This is a political stunt that so far is working. It will be a big win for Trump if we can get the Mexicans to stop them without bloodshed.

I'm sure that I'm not the only one paying close attention to the news clips showing the "invaders". All appear to be clean, wearing clean clothes, & looking happy & healthy. Most had like-new backpacks. In some clips, they are shown climbing onto flat bed trucks.
Call me a skeptic, but you can't hike hundreds of miles in the blazing sun without looking worn out & dirty. Someone has to be providing the trucks, rest stops, food, & shelter at night. No way can a group of thousands do this on their own. There is a lot of money enabling this "invasion".
I heard a liberal say, "George Soros isn't financing this; you have no evidence of that." He was right, there is no evidence; but, I think that there is overwhelming circumstantial evidence that the entire operation is being financed by Democrat "black ops" folks.
