Hard for me to say it but thank you - for your support in my ongoing battle with cancers

For being a worthy intellectual opponent - high levels of discourse

While we may differ from time to time I know that you care about me and and that you support me

While I don't know why you are on my side and don't feel worthy of the attention sometimes...

I hear your voice - and I see your posts.

  For what it's worth we have had some interesting intellectual and emotional exchanges over the years - non adversarial but spirited and deep
  
  And I would appear to have earned your respect - I consider you to be in my circle of friends
  
  I think you have demonstrated you feel the same way
  
  But as of late I hear your concern and feel your support - and am thankful
