And let's not forget Kasey's role...
Today I visited and volunteered on the pediatric oncology ward
I dropped off 10 hospital go bags filled with dollar store and closeout goodies and necessities directly to patients
The girls hand embroidered the above referenced 10 names and pink ribbons to each bag
(Thanks to camelback and SMKW and victornox for donating over runs and factory second items for each bag)
There are 10 pink construction paper pink ribbons with each name on one - no hung on the donor wall of fame
It took 3 days but an hour of docent registered volunteer time was logged for each name
10 red votive jar candles have been lit in the interfaith chapel
10 ike silver dollar coins were broken out of mint sealed packaging and handed out with each bag
I wanted to try to demonstrate that I am attempting to pay it forward on the karma connected to the Essex gold cup custom match target pistol
This does not equal the cover charge or qualify as a down payment - but maybe it's a good ante up
And in answer to the private email request yes I promise not to use the Essex if the time comes to enroll in the hospice program

No - I just figured I would be dead in short order - and would not spend much time on half ashed attempts to volunteer...
I wish I could do more - but nothing I am capable of seems to make much of a difference.
