    I am hopeful that they continue to see a decline. We need to send businesses the message that the second amendment is important to us and that we take this into account when we purchase our sporting goods. We need to stand together or we will loose more and more of our rights and our freedom.

    Dicks made their choice thinking that there is more profit in drawing in (Fuds) people who are against firearms like the AR-15. It's time for all people who value the right of firearm ownership to stick together.

    No BS , they don't want you to have any firearm - look at Australia and learn. You don't care about the AR-15 ? Your pump shotgun is next, then your over/under. Wise up !

    I wonder if they'll knuckle under and go back on their beliefs for the all mighty dollar? Be funny if the gun manufactures turn them down? Then again their numbers are also down.

    mnrivrat48 - I don't know about Australia but what you're yapping about rifle guys and shotgunners couldn't join against the larger enemy played out here in California.

    Built a new on close to where we live, I will not go there. Only a matter of time before they stop selling guns and ammo. Dicks is entrenched in DEMOCRAT party dogma.

    I never go there since their stupid AR15 stunt.
    On a happier note, I was in our local WalMart yesterday. The store has been completely remodeled and I walked back to sporting goods. The ammo dept. now has a large cabinet, new counters and GUNS. They haven't sold guns for over 15 years in this store.

    Yep. heard that on the news also
    Don't let the door hit ya.
    I just drove 25 miles further and spent $20 more to hit a LGS for the grandsons new .22 instead buying at Dicks.

    I went into a Dick's here in Kalifornia quite some time ago & they didn't have any guns then.
