    I take two a day and get up to pee at least twice every night.

    Happiness can truthfully be defined as being able to pee when you need to.

    beer works for me, no prescription needed, and I can tell the wife its medicine......

    Though the Grinch was blessed when his heart grew 3 sizes bigger, I was not so lucky when my prostrate did the same![:D] Flomax has been a miracle drug for me!

    Flomax is a very dangerous drug. I used it after prostate cancer surgery. My surgeon took me off it not long afterwards. The problem with Flomax is, it weakens the muscles around the bladder neck, causing you to eventually lose bladder control, if used for a long period of time. Do the research on it. It got some really bad reviews. Oakie.

    While I do not recommend stage IIIB cancer as a weight loss plan...

    When I was 369 lbs and a hair under 6 foot tall and diabetic I had the urge or signal to urinate all the time - especially when trying to sleep...

    Not because my bladder was full - and not an incontinence issue - but the super strong signal was almost always there.

    At 205 lbs and 6'2" I am no longer diabetic and am like a camel - can go a great while without urinating - almost like when I was a kid - and the signal only goes off when the tank is full

    So it can be done by many without meds - via lifestyle changes

    Something else to consider - I was drinking a lot before going to sleep - I mean like 75% of daily intake in the hours before sleep

    That was a contributing factor

    Was getting us to pee twice a night. Every night.

    Since I got my cpap I haven?t got up at all. Not even once.

    Hopefully it will never t be a long term drug .It also saved me from a catheter. Yes happiness is being able to pee when needed

    I wont take it ever again.

    While it may stop you from having to go pee so much, it also stops a few other things from happing...[xx(]
