Phenomenal action if one can open their thoughts to others and comingle. The CIA and DARPA would be very interested no doubt. Now the question to ask if thoughts could be interpreted to higher conceptions others did not have or could not understand before the download?

In other words a learning machine.

Scientists are making science fiction a reality. For the first time, three people have read each other?s minds, researchers report in a new study recently posted to the preprint server arXiv. The new interface combines noninvasive brain imaging and brain stimulation to let multiple people communicate through their thoughts. Its creators say the fresh tech could allow humans to solve problems using a ?social network? of connected brains

    This is news? There are members in this forum who as soon as I see their thread I already know without opening it what subject (agenda) they are going to post about. This has proven accurate to about 90%, and if there is a cut and paste involved...100%.
