    I cannot think of what the appropriate punishment for this animal would be. The death penalty?? With his current health, and being behind bars he might welcome it. There is no way taking his life would even remotely balance the scales of his killing 90 women.

    Keep him around like a lab rat to study him?? Maybe learn something to help catch animals like him in the future?? I have no idea what is the right thing to do with him but I do know there is nothing we can do to him to ever balance the scales of justice for his actions.

    This is one problem we need to hand off to the Lord when this animal finally dies.
