Letter to the BOSS !!!
I have enjoyed working here these past several years. You have paid me very well and given me benefits beyond belief. Have 3-4 months off per year and a pension plan that will pay my salary till the day I die and then pay my estate one year salary death bonus and then continue to pay my spouse my salary with increases until he (or she) dies and a health plan that most people can only dream of having i.e. no deductible whatsoever.
Despite this, I plan to take the next 12-18 months to find a new position. During this time I will show up for work when it is convenient for me. In addition, I fully expect to draw my full salary and all the other perks associated with my current job.
Oh yes, if my search for this new job proves fruitless, I will be coming back with no loss in pay or status. Before you say anything, remember that you have no choice in this matter. I can, and I will do this.

Sounds like some, most of our local school administrators. Find a reason to get sent home for being bad, then get suspended with pay. Next thing you know they get fired and then get paid the rest of their contract for the two or three years of their contract, that is left then get another gig and start all over again.
INCREDIBLE what a Racket Then the school district has the stones to say they need more money to operate. I asked why they don't get the last three administrators and the idiot school board members to give back the money they ripped off from the school. I was the troublemaker0 -
Mule the same thing is happening in my home county . School principal gets moved due to the school being low performing and in danger of state takeover . There were also problems with the teachers regarding her management skills and some policy issues . Instead of being fired she is moved to main county office and they create a new position for her as head of media operations for the county . Last superintendent was fired with 2 years left in contract and per the terms of contract collected almost $ 300,000. 00 in severance pay 0 -

I don't think you can find enough honest people that will get into politics or maybe they were honest until the money corrupted them like the other politicians 0 -

This is the SAD TRUTH! It is as plainly blatant as an oozing red zit on the end of a nose!
The worst part of this is that WE THE PEOPLE know what should be done about this and have for many years talked about TERM LIMITS and getting rid of career politicians. Knowing full well that public servitude should be considered a SERVICE TO OUR COUNTRY, FOR OUR COUNTRY.
The only way to get all of the rats away from the trough that they have created is to actually mandate term limits instead of always just talking about it!0 -
