    California was saved a lot of money. They can now spend it cleaning up the poop left by street people on their cities sidewalks and provide medical care for illegals.

    So a death sentence was actually carried out in Cali!!! How ironic that we depend on an inmate to carry out what the state lacks the will to do.

    and deservedly so....kansas is afraid to actually implement the death sentence because if might OFFEND the recipient....?????? the western boundary of kansas extends west only to US 81 highway anyway...eastern kansas is liberal heaven supported by the taxes west of US 81

    Hadn't thought about that. He was all ready on death row so what will be the punishment, double death.

    No, he gets an extra portion of his choosing at lunch. Reward the good behavior, so to speak.
