Pet hair removal
Got a dog, Australian cattle dog precisely, that sheds like it's her job. As such, my furniture is covered in hair. It's a fabric couch, don't ask exactly what kind as I have the fashion sense of concrete and the aesthetic of a vulture.
Any tricks to get the hair out of the couch?

I have a German Shedder, so I feel your pain. I have no solutions to offer, as I haven't figured out one myself. 0 -

Brush and vacuum a lot, then find more.0 -
I've owned dogs all my life, and my present dog sheds worse than any of them. This is the best thing I found. The first link shows it in action. The second link shows where I got it. And yes it works at easy. That bar in the middle is rubber that creates the static electricity, otherwise it's just like any other roller. But that bar makes the difference

The birds use the hair for their nests.
I also have a Vacuume called a dyson animal. It does a good job of getting hair up.

I know this sounds strange but use a squeegee. It works great on cloth furniture, auto carpet, etc. Just press down and repeatedly pull the fur in one direction while you keep your vacuum in the other hand to pick it up as you go (shop vac works great). It?ll come right out with a little work. Any leftover fur, change direction and repeat. I frequently have up to 5 dogs here at the house and have to pick up the stuff on a regular basis. 0 -

My dogs never spent a night outside in thee lives. Why have a dog if you're not going to let it in to hang out with it's people? We buy white sheets at yard sales and put them on the couches. Every once in a while throw them in the washer with a little bleach. The dryer catches the hair in the lint trap. Yeah, looks like hell, but neither of us, or the dogs, care. I'd rather have my dog sit with me on the couch and ask to go outside than leave her out there all the time. 0 -

yeah we got a rescue bud that sheds all the time ...still our house buddy though the color matches the carpet......just vacuum more ..bought the BEST dirt sucker bagless about 6 years ago new for $50 and even have a new spare if it ever craps out...hit the top of the consumers report that year and then that brand/model never even got close again ??? 0
