Female students have the right to privacy
if they want to get an abortion. The parents have no right to be notified if the girl wants an abortion. BUT the parents must give their consent to the school nurse for the nurse to give their daughter an aspirin.
But according to that azzhat judge in Oregon a girl has no right to privacy when she goes into the bathroom. The boys can just walk in because the girl has no privacy rights.
