Breaking news Washington State
Just announced a Judge in Thurston County just ruled a garbage anti gun piece of legislation that if approved by the voters would have raised the age to buy semi auto rifles, put fees on them to buy, storage restrictions etc cannot be put on the November ballot because the signature sheets didn?t comply with State law. Not to mention the anti gun jerks were trying to get I-1639 passed under the guise of a anti food tax.

One upped California again. At this rate California doesn't seem so anti-gun.
However when the next governor either the Mexican or newsome wins I'll be crying like those that lost their minds when Trump won.0 -
This was garbage legislation and the people getting signatures were flat out lying to people saying the entire bill was only about food taxes. Sadly the anti gun billionaires will never stop. I feel for you yosh, I believe Gavin Newsome will be your next Governor. We?re stuck with that asshat Jay Inslee and unfortunately we don?t have a term limit on Governors here. But make no mistake California is 100 times as anti gun as Washington...for the moment.

Magazine restrictions
DROS fees
Safe or California approved lock requirements
Proof of residence by showing a bill from a utility company.
Gun safety card requirements to buy
.50 caliber restrictions
Approved handgun list
We can:
Own suppressors
Short barrel rifles
Handguns like the Judge/Governor etc
Open Carry
Concealed carry is shall issue with no class requirements or type of gun, amounts of guns on our permit etc.
Shotguns like the Mossberg Shockwave
And there is no waiting period if you have your carry permit.
Can have ammo shipped right to our door and no permit to buy ammunition.
Washington is definitely not as good as say Idaho or Montana or Arizona but it?s way more gun owner friendly than California lol.0 -
In Oregon they were all shot down. Now they are trying to get the State Legislator to force something down our throat like they did the last one. Where there are No Longer any Face to Face Sales in Oregon.
To bad this one is not enforceable and most of the Sheriffs will not do the required background checks. Hell they will not even enforce the law.0 -
