President Donald Trump asked General Jim Mattis to leave his position as Secretary of Defense early, after his decision to resign.

Maybe Trump wasn't all that surprised? Twitter probably saved thousands of dollars worth of internal / external announcements and memos.[:D]

sadly with the attitude of congress, i believe a Sec of Defense of AMERICA is not needed.....seems NO backing to close and/or genuinely defend our borders is forthcoming..and i think the multi Billions of bribe to messico and others will be only a total waste ripped out of the pockets of middle class AMERICAN taxpayers 0
