    I view him as a enenmy combatant out of uniform. If a soldier is caught
    by their foes, NOT in uniform, they would be considered a spy.
    And executetion is allowed.

    We ARE at war, weather you like it or not!

    If won't believe that, then a homocide while commiting a felony is punishable by the death sentence in most states.

    The real crime here is DEMOCRATs and their ideology.
    DEMOCRATs want open borders, they condone illegal, unfettered immigration without assimilation and protect these people in sanctuary cities.
    They want to continue the flow of cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, and contagious diseases into the USA.
    Democrats want to endanger economic prosperity of American citizens by flooding job markets with cheap labor.

    Of course the media is complicit in not reporting the crisis and going as far as encouraging these people entry.

    you silly right execute for a traffic death..near here a 31 year old mother was killed when a drunk illegal ran a stop sign and hit her... her young daughter survives...WITHOUT MOM...did i mention the illegal bstrd had ELEVEN DUI's of record ?????????????????????
