Yet another computer problem

I can't believe it. I was searching for different bbq sauces and found and saved a couple of new ones. When I went back to my internet home page everything is in Spanish. I went to "internet options/tools to check my home page address and it shows the correct one - "http:// start.att.net/". When the hope page opens a new tap appears - "Inicio - Bienvenido a att.net". I can't delete it. Any help appreciated guys. I'm too old to learn Spanish!

    My Gateway laptop no longer can get on-line. I get a "You're not connected to a network" message. If I go to "tools, internet options, connections, and setup" my only option is Broadband. I'm using a router and another laptop about 3 feet away works fine. I am not in airplane mode BTW. Any ideas folks?

    I have worked for hours only to discover that I accidentally tuned off the WIFI button.

    Can you check your adapter settings? check that you're still set for DHCP.

    Which version of windows?

    Mine like to shut it off on its own. If that happens I just turn it back on that is located on the bottom right corner of my screen an Icon named internet access.

    If that does not work and sometimes it doesn't I reboot.

    The Icon looks like.

    It works!

    Gateway (running Win10)has a button on the bottom of the screen called "Device Fast Lane". It's just an easy way to go to "device manager". I could see that my Wi-Fi was turned off and I could turn it on but there was no "save" or even "OK" button to click. I could exit, go to my home screen, then go back to device manager and my Wi-Fi was turned off again. At that point I gave up for the day.

    Booting up this morning I had a "wait for system changes" (or something) like that. Now I have Wi-Fi.

    Thanks to everyone for your suggestions. These computers are just a fad. I think I'm going back to my abacus.
