No Grizzly tag

In either state for me.
In the Wyoming draw my number was #1328, Sons was #450.

In Idaho, the tag went a Ada county fellow, think Boise.

Oh well at least I got to participate in the draw in Wyoming for the first Grizzly hunt in the state since 1975.
Idaho was a shot in the dark anyway with only 1 tag being issued.

    A Grizzly hunt is about as high up on my list as it gets!
    I certainly hope I can pull it off before I get a whole lot older.
    Maybe an Alaskan Brown Bear hunt over on Kodiak Island.....
    Otherwise I think There is some fine Grizzly hunting in British Columbia. Unfortunately all Grizzly hunts are pretty big bucks!
    Well, it doesn't cost me anything to dream!
    Better luck next year, Mule. Hell, maybe I'll join you as a "camp tramp" next year if you pull a tag![;)] Would love to be in a camp when it's time to skin a Grizzly!

    A Kodiak or an interior Toklat bear has been my dream forever, but as you say BIG $$$.
    If I were to draw, you would be welcome at my fire. I even have a sweet 20 year old Molly Mule named Annie that would take good care of you.
    Hopefully Montana will open a few tags for next year.

    Here is the one who got moved 20 miles or less as the crow flies a couple weeks ago to a spot near where my youngest son and family were camping. He never bothered them and must?be immediately lit out to head back to familiar territory.

    Not sure about other states but you?ll get less time for shooting a store clerk and robbing the store than for shooting a griz in MT!

    I have zero interest in shooting any bear, but I would be really happy to get drawn for deer again before I am too old or too dead.
