HeDog, any recommendations close by the show?
My wife will be a game time decision. She's going to do some checking and see if she can find a few things of interest to occupy her time. A Gun Show Just doesn't do "it" for her!

I stay in Broken Arrow, not close to the show by 7 or 8 miles. The fairgrounds are in a mostly residential area with no motels immediately adjacent. Take a look in the Memorial Drive 1-44 area, there are several hotels there including HIE, where I used to stay. 0 -

Rob, GB email link is defunct, it appears not to work at all. I left Tulsa Monday and took 11 hours to get to Amarillo. Got home Tuesday. Next year come a few days early for the marathon, and get in a little gun show. [^] Sorry I missed you![:(] 0 -
Gearheaded, there are a couple of interesting art museums there, one in the mansion on the old Phillips estate. Antiquing is not so hot, have not done much other shopping outside Bass Pro. There is a Zoo and Nature Center. 0 -
