The only thing he has shot before that I?m aware of is a 22, this is his first time shooting heavy guns.

My Son loves to shoot when he is here. I try and oblige him. He watches War movies with his Buds, and nonchalantly says, "I've shot that."
He loves the M1 Carbine. He is deadly accurate with the Marlin 81DL with Olympic quality peep sights. Loves my Browning Buckmark as well. The list of firearms he has shot is as long as your arm. (Lucky kid.)
All under supervision, impressing Shooting Safety as priority one. Finger off the trigger, muzzle sweep, etc. etc.

Yeah, but what does he know about the open road, trucker songs and eating pie and coffee (Or Coke like his old man)? You have to teach him the finer things as well as the necessities.[^] 0
