I was of the belief that is impossible to get down to your high school weight unless your being held in a prison camp.

Helps if your HS weight was a little too high, too.

In the last three years I have dropped 65 lbs. and would need maybe 15-20 to get to HS level. Went from a 42" waste to a 36". I am just trying to maintain anymore and that is not easy. Keep the good work up Doc.

Pretty impressive, Doc! I keep thinking I should try and lose 20 but just can't seem to discipline myself to do it. Well done![^]

I went on a diet after I was diagnosed with diabetes. I weighed 150 pounds when I graduated from high school. I thought that was a resonable goal. I reached that goal and even went past it to 146. At that point I realized that I had no energy, and just felt listless. Then I decided to put on a few pounds, and got back up to 160. Outside of my recent episode, I feel a lot better and have more energy.

That's just my results, you'll know if you went too far. Good Luck

Good job Doc, I was 120 in HS, Joined the Navy at 120 and left the Navy at 135. Mostly all muscle no fat.

I ballooned up to 200 by the time I hit 59 and I am now back to 170 heading hopefully for 155.

You have lost a human being!

I was about 160 pounds when i got out of the military. Now i am 200. When i got cancer i got down to 103 pounds.

Then they gave me medicine to gain weight. They kept giving me the medicine until i reached 225 pounds.

The doctor asked me if i was still taking the medicine and i told her yes. She asked me why and i told her they never told me to stop. She took me off of the medicine and i dropped 5 pounds but the last 40 will not leave.

Radiation killed my thyroid gland and it is true that it is hard to lose weight if yours is broke.[:(]

You are so inspiring. I really need to change some things and get going in a better direction. I'd be happy if I could lose around 50 pounds....but I really could stand to go a bit further than that.

My issue is that I don't eat anything at all until I'm starving and then it is every man for himself by the time I stop and actually eat anything. Whatever is quick and easy.....just there....I'm making that dinner. Its a horrible habit.

I can't wait to see your before and after pics! I'm sure its going to be amazing!

I'm fortunate in that I weigh within two pounds of when I was in high school. However the distribution has seemed to change quite a bit.[:I]
