Deer Camp and Tenderloin
When at Deer Camp if one of us gets the Honor of the Hunt,
do you wait to cook up some meat or is it to much temptation and go for it?
Then do you like corn liquor with a little fruity taste or straight up Busthead Wiskey? Every year we try and bring something different. Just to make sure I bring Throwback Mountain Dew and EVERCLEAR. Or Bombay Sapphire and Tonic or Schnapps Just depends on the local atmosphere.[:D]

We usually have a couple of meals of pan fried fresh deer liver with "un-yums"(as one on my kids called them).
No liquor here.0 -

+1, except for the part that I struck out0 -
I wait, get the meat home, and hang it for a few days.
Speaking of backstraps; it reminds me of what Grandma called them. Gofer steaks. Eat one, gofer another.[:D]0 -
After we harvest and cut up we usually keep out the "fish" and fry them up for a lunch. 0
