Four 1 1/2" Pork chops -
Hickory Smoked, Brown Sugar flavored, salt/pepper, drizzled with EVOO, 4-5 Russett potatoes quartered lengthwise, a large onion, sliced into somewhat thin wedges. Pyrex baking dish, 350* for 45 minutes. (Flipped a couple times.)
Four fresh Sweet corn ears, (rotated) and four large carrots wedged, drizzled with EVOO, salt/pepper, added after the first 20 minutes.

Don't know about tonight - going to some outdoor party shindig.
But last night was grill night. Grilled a thick 12-oz steak, two split and EVOO'd zucchinis, two onion halves, and for dessert, two peaches with honey and cinnamon. Had a tomato, basil, EVOO and balsamic vinegar salad on the side. Wife and I split the steak. Perfect amount.0 -

I opened one of those pear shaped can of ham. Threw it in the toaster out of the can. It was pretty good. Normally I just eat it cold out of the can like some animal but warm? Hot damn... that's good. 0 -

Don't have a toaster just for bread. Kind a silly to have since I rarely have bread in the house. I'm sure you forgot most Japos don't eat much bread like you crackers.

Okay - I had four (4) Pork chops that were each - one and one half inches thick. (1 1/2") No, they would not fit in the "Toaster." [:0][B)][:D][}:)]

Oh I know y'alls were just funning. Not that I never slid in pork chops in the company toaster to jack with Muslims [;)]. Or the work microwave got more pork product than any other molecules. We know some things can never be cleaned.
