Worried about my memory....what a mess!

A guy that works for me sold a scope. I don't know how or why, but he recalls an entire conversation about this thing that I cannot remember at all. Then, I get an email asking about some ammo that I've sat on for a CRAZY amount of time. (I sold other things that belonged to this same person and only had this ammo left to deal with.) I had sat something on top of his box and didn't think about it until his message.

Its just one of those days today. Its not unusual to have ammo or other stuff hang out here for a while because I have so many guns to list that I try to make time for the "stuff" when I can. The whole conversation I cannot remember one word of is a bit unsettling. Having both happen on the same day makes me extra leery.


I might just get in my car and mistakenly drive to Florida with the way this day is going.

    You should have seen my face when he was telling me about the scope. I think someone would have a better chance of telling me a spaceship landed in my back yard.

    I'm going to invest in sticky pads. Everything will have post it notes on it before I'm done.

    ahh never mind forgot what I was going to type

    I will bet we have moments lost to time and draw a blank

    the older I get the more names slip away, now I know why "older people " say things like buddy , pal , sweetly ,dude , gal and so on because they do not remember a name and just fill in the blank with a generic term [:0][:0][B)][B)][B)]

    I recall a Doc on Tv saying its normal as we get older and people worry , but unless you find the lost car keys in the fridge or similar dont sweat it [:D][:D]
