Cranky woman driver.

I know the Supreme Court held that everyone in a car that is stopped on traffic is lawfully detained, but I have never held that opinion.
If a driver commits a violation, my business is with the driver. As long as the passengers do nothing to arouse suspicion, or interfere in any way, I leave them alone.
Even so, this woman is asking for an arrest.

That's not going to be much good when you have a swarm of 1000 drones with grenade sized warheads bearing down on your ass.
They better get on the stick and develop some man portable pulse weapons that will jam or shutdown radio telemetry.0
