Question For California FFL

Is this pistol legal to sell/possess/buy in California?

I don't think it is. That's why I relisted it after some NR yahoo in the PRK won the previous auction.

If it's legal, I'll end the current auction and give the yahoo a chance to make it good.

    David , all the legal guns for sale in Calif are listed on "CFLC web page. Your gun is not listed.

    Come on, now. It's nothing you would care to own, and it's nothing I would care to own, but it may be the best some people can afford.

    When I buy lots of guns from a police property room, stuff like this is mixed in with the good stuff. So what do I do? Leave it behind? Throw it away? Nah. People actually buy this stuff.

    I know, just being a bit of a gun snob. I mean, look at dave1965, he buys buckets of stuff he doesn't need![:D][:o)]
