Laws Regulating Accountability In Government
It seems with the recent events what may be needed is some type of law which holds those in Government accountable for NOT doing the job they have been either elected or hired to do. Maybe a "dereliction of duty" mandate? If those who are tasked with a specific job to do in Government fail to implement the tasks they have been appointed to do then there should be some type of "repercussions". If say an FBI agent or agents or even maybe the head of the department tasked with investigating potential threats FAIL to do their job and said threats become reality then those who dropped the ball need to face "consequences".
We have seen "leaks", and those who have obviously conspired with others to openly disparage the current administration from with in the current FBI agency. What is to say these individuals or individuals with common interest didn't ignore these warning or purposely underappreciated the gravity of the potential "threat" so as to bring the EXACT blame which we are seeing now on the current administration?
Laws to hold those accountable who would do such despicable activity would go just as far if not further than ANY new laws on the books which would never be followed anyway by those tasked to do so.

Term limits would be fine for the politicians but would do little for the agents who are suppose to actually conduct the investigations which could prevent many of these shooting. Failures from these people are the main problem which results in events like we have seen in the school in Florida and the church in Texas. These people where flagged and someone failed miserably to do their job. It goes back to the fact that if the FBI can not enforce the laws we have what makes anyone think more laws will help? 0 -
No matter how many laws are enacted you have to remember that lawyers are the ones with a cookie jar of their own.
As long as there is a large amount of cash in the cookie jar, they can as a social club, group, look out for each other. Once inside the store it becomes all to easy to be compromised by the structure within.
As a member you can enter with all the good intentions that got you elected but to get to where you want to go you have to trade some of your moral capitol.0 -

It wouldn't hurt a thing to hang about 50% of the "lowyers" tomorrow(I don't have time to make up the ropes today). Just look at the yellow pages of any phone book. Page after page after page of lawyers of every description. He!!, I can remember when there were only 4 lawyers in a 1000 square miles.0 -
More "laws" are worthless if not followed or enforced. We've already seen that the government can't be trusted to "follow the rules" so why bother? 0 -
Criminal and Civil law use the term malfeasance, which may cover the irresponsible and unaccountable acts of public officials.

Yeah like the illegals they allowed in for rich corporation farmers for cheao labor and The Federal Reserve act in 1913 and The seizing of gold and silver out of the common man's currency.
Free trade has cost us trillions of dollars in debt with no factory jobs while all the politicians get pensions and perks galore until they die off.
It's all a NWO scheme to get trading blocks with new currencies while bankrupting the banks and stealing your hard earn savings.
