Thoughts on reloading the Brenneke
As you may, or may not know, I got a Mauser in 9.3x64 Brenneke.
I located, after much searching, some reloadable brass cases.
After much procrastination, I finally loaded some up. Hereare my thoughts thus far.
This is a BIG case. Swallows the Lee 4.3cc dipper with room to spare.
I dont have the proper sized shellholder (RCBS no. 33) for my priming tool. A lee #11 does just fine for this purpose but you absolutely need the right one for the press.
This brass seems soft. I crinkled several rounds when seating the bullets. They should harden up after a few firings and sizings.

I'd make sure the case neck has a good champher. I would also check the expander ball diameter. I would fit the bullets to the bore and perhaps adjust the cases/dies for best results.0 -

I was shooting cast bullets so the mouth was slightly expanded and I got a little aggressive on seating them to make sure was crimping them tight.0
