do they still have parlor shoots?
schutzen I believe is what they called it. anyone know if they still have meets or if rifles are still made for indoor shooting in pubs?

The German-American Marksmanship Club is right around the corner from where I used to work, and just down the street from a racing club member's house.
I looked at it every time I drove by but never stopped in.
Their website seems to be more social.

classic german club. very nice. I like the traditional beer tray targets they have too.
now...if only we can find some true parlor indoor shutzen with small cal 4.5mm etc...0 -
I think indoor target shooting in Germany pretty much came back with air rifles after the war and the 4mm Zimmerstutzen kind of died out. I did find mention of a 4mm Anschutz conversion so you could shoot your 50 metre .22 indoors. 0 -
most likely due to us stripping them of all weapons and destroying all their factories in ww2.
I know they make the best air guns in the world.
