    Yep, I think so. Now in all fairness, the scope I bought has more wear marks than the scope you linked. The seller called out the ring marks, but it's got more finish wear than just ring marks. I was aware of that by zooming in the pictures. It ain't beat to rat crap or anything, but it does have more wear than the one you linked. However, the glass is supposed to be in pristine condition and function is supposed to be good. It was also half the money of the other one. I think the finish condition scared buyers off.
