I do love Ithaca 37's, but not at that price.

Someone's going to wake up with a headache tomorrow, I own 4 of them in that age bracket, definitely not in the condition the one shown but they're far-far from junk and if I was selling I'd think 50% of that price was great. To me an older used gun shoots as well or better than a new one, but I'm just a shooter and accumulator..... not a collector.

    I think I paid $165 for mine.

That "15 minute rule" war kept going on & on, it plumb wore me out just watching 😯. One thing for certain my Ithaca's just went up in price if I ever decide to let them go.....😃.

The guy that bought it must be a collector. He only has three feed backs and the only one that still shows the item was a framed printed magazine ad from 1962 for an Ithaca 37 Deerslayer. Still that's a lot of money for what it was. 16ga Ithaca 37's are fairly common.

Here's a nice looking 1960 model for a bunch less. One of you ol' kids should give it a nice home.

Exactly why I'm gonna be meeting Kasey/Locust Forks employee (Barry) to pass off about 7-8 Firearms, in about a week.

A NIB Bennelli Super Nova (tactical) with a mag extension, a High Standard mdl 200 deluxe, a Reminton Automaster, and a few handguns. Stay tuned.

    Shameless plugs forthcoming. 😉
