Ken is jealous of Ricci.
Ricci's great fearless leader has used his executive privilege to sign into law a bill that allows drive through mixed drinks. Sheesh, what will they think of next. Supposed to help relieve the money lost by no drinks sold after the 9 pm curfew.
Two benefits, police set across from drive throughs and look for drivers with the mixed drinks, ticked for open containers or DUI. Most of all more tax revenue for the states coffers.
