Time of Year... Rum Cake is out of oven
Recipe says 4 oz in the cake and 4 oz on top. I don't think that is enough I doubled up.

Speaking of Rum...Was at a party the other night and several peeps brought "Bumbu" rum...Had a few shots...and was totally amazed!!! (They went through four bottles of the stuff but they were having a great time)... I'll bet it would make a great rum cake!!!
