In search of a quality gun engraver, in the northeastern U.S. prefer, for pistols, rifles/shotguns
Does anyone know and recommend a quality gun engraver business? I have two Colt Pythons I would like engraved as a starting proposal.

Adams and Adams Engraving. In Massachusetts I believe. Adams senior worked for Colt.

If you’re not opposed to sending something to Texas, I’d look at Otto Carter. He’s a master engraver. He does all sorts of guns. He does a ton of Bond Arms derringers(found him while looking at Bonds Instagram page. His website is www.ottocarter.com and otto3rd on Instagram. I want to use him to engrave a Bond Arms barrel set.

Thank you for the information. I am from Texas, but living in New York. I was thinking I might deliver and pick up the guns, myself, if the engraver is in the northeast. I am a little concerned about these pieces traveling through the mail. Just a personal preference, but I may be coming back to Texas, since I just retired.

Pretty amazing work by Otto Carter. He is definitely an exceptional artist.
