ATF raided Polymer80 stating their ATF approved 80% lower when shipped with a complete parts kit constitutes a firearm now. Q Honey Badger manufacturer of AR pistols with an arm brace are declaired as NFA SBR items because they did not get ATF approval for a change in their arm brace.
