Best carrier to use to ship firearm from Canada to the US?
HI all,
I am in the process of importing a firearm to the US from Canada. I have filed and am currently waiting for import license, I am looking for suggestions of a shipping carrier? was looking at UPS international ground, and Fed Ex Ground international. Could anyone offer any input or advise?

IMHO, shipping a firearm between countries is a can of worms. If you have never done it before. Best to locate a firearms dealer in Canada, who has experience in shipping firearms to the US.
No question it will be more expensive. But likely to prevent any aggravation and legal problems in the long run.

i have delt with few times a place in washington state import/export they know the business had buyers from canada ship to them out of my hands

What possible firearm can be purchased in Canada that would be worth shipping south to the US? Just buy it in the US where we are still relatively free.
