That’s right, you have gone more rye.
I don’t have many ryes but one I really like is Angels Envy’s, dont care much for their bourbon but the rye finished in a rum cask is noicccce

I enjoy rye whiskey. One of the best is Colonel Taylor Straight Rye Whiskey bottled in bond. This is another of the Col. Taylors which lists at under $100, but you're lucky to find it at double that price.

You are right the EH Taylor products are hard to find. The only EH Taylor they put out at Buffalo Trace is the small batch bourbon.
the straight rye is a hard find unless you go secondary market and that is crazy pricing
