This whole thing stinks to high heaven.

We all pretty much knew all the stops would be pulled out for Election Fraud this particular Election. (Well, it was/and it has.) What is going to be done about it, remains to be seen.

I am disgusted, and disillusioned with our Democratic process for Electing a POTUS. I believe most Law Abiding American's are as well. We have been scammed, and we all know we have been scammed. If this BS stands, stick a fork in us.

The whole world is on the agenda and Trump was not playing ball with them. That is why they must circumvent what is left of judo-christian beliefs to establish trans humanism NWO with a g_d less governor now. In God We Trust is just a slogan now.

Science has and will replace g-d to many converts with Trans humanism and proclaim we are not superstitious anymore.

The left is already trying to discredit Paxton for filing this. As I understand it, this State vs State suit goes straight to the SCOTUS, no lower court dismissals.

Just heard the Supreme Court has rejected Trump's Pennsylvania lawsuit.. looks like Biden gets it..

Yep rubber stamped! "This ship has sailed." & The Supreme Court is behind The NWO 100% in my opinion. They have washed their hands just like with Pilate did with Christ. Next, Gun confiscation with assault weapons being deemed not guarantee under the 2nd amendment in The Bill of Rights.

But they have one last chance with The Texas lawsuit still I think.

After waiting over a year to challenge Act 77, and engaging in procedural gamesmanship along the way, they come to this Court with unclean hands and ask it to disenfranchise an entire state," they wrote. "They make that request without any acknowledgment of the staggering upheaval, turmoil, and acrimony it would unleash."

MY wife told me a short time ago

several more states ( named them but I do not remember them al )l and maybe more joining Texas in the suit also asking people to call there state and push for them to sign on with the group

what I gather the SCOUS did not refuse the lawsuit just holding off possible to put them all together

if that fails well the crap will hit the fan and the monkeys will flinging the poo for sure

Under the Constitution, states with legal complaints against other states have a right to sue them in the Supreme Court without first going through a lower court, but they need a majority Justices’ consent to do so. Arguments over water rights is one of the more typical law suits between states.  If the court denies a motion to file, that ends the case. If the Court allows the lawsuit, the case unfolds just as any lawsuit would in with the gathering of evidence to present at a trial. The Court customarily farms this out to an individual known as a “special master” who gathers the evidence and recommends a decision for the Justices to consider.

Keep in mind that the states being sued have the right to oppose the motion to file the lawsuit, and to defend against it. This entire matter could take months, or even years to resolve. In the meantime, Trump is out, Biden can't be sworn in, and Pelosi becomes President.

But the court has to give restitution to the suing states if they won.right? Like a free stolen election token or something in 2024? (Green Font)

    It's dictator time!

With all due respect, Mark, this is not correct.

Article 2, Section 1, and Amendment 12 state the following:

    (Taken from the 12th)

...The person having the greatest number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number be a majority of the whole number of Electors appointed; and if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote; a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be necessary to a choice...

So, should the electors from these four states not be seated, and Biden therefore does not reach 270, the election will be thrown to the House where each state gets but a single vote. Currently the make up of House, though controlled by the democrats, consists of a majority of Republican controlled delegations Therefore, were all delegations to vote along party lines, the disqualification of these four swing states would potentially result in a majority vote for Trump in the House.

There is no path to a Pelosi Presidency absent the near concurrent deaths or disability of the sitting POTUS and VPOTUS.

This suit is going exactly nowhere. Even if it does, the result would be (at best) "do better next time". Anyone holding to hope this is going to give Trump a victory is delusional.

I admire the heck out of a man that will take public correction, standing on his own 2 feet with his chin held high.

Well done. This is what Leaders look like.

The election laws that bind our Union was violated and The legislators should have known long before allowing this to happen. Either They do a new election or there will be a very deep trouble for us all. It's the only answer that would address the process to be fair and unadulterated. Any other way is sheer stupidity.

This is not about 3 counties in Florida the last time The supreme court ruled on the election,it's much more at stake here this time. Bet on it.

You probably still believe Hillary will be tried for her emails or that Obama will do time for Fast and Furious.

Just read that now it is up to 17 states that have joined the suit. Will the SCOTUS refuse to hear the case? Roberts cannot be trusted, so if it is he alone that decides ........

thought I heard on radio they announced early afternoon they would hear the case, not sure when though.......

This may very well be the most important Decision that SCOTUS ever gets involved in. Our Country is at a Constitutional Crossroads. Thankfully with one (with another 17 signing on.) State suing another four States over a Constitutional issue, SCOTUS has NO CHOICE but to get involved and hear it and make a decision. The only way they will not/can not do that, is if a "Special Master" assigned by SCOTUS finds a lack of evidence to hear the case. That would be a tragedy of the Highest Order.

    Evidence seems to be mounting.

This issue NEEDS to go to SCOTUS for a decision. Anything less will be an abrogation of their duties IMHO.

Things are going to get VERY interesting here shortly. One way or the other about 74 million (+/-) Americans are about to gets seriously disenfranchised.

Just another stab in the back for the elites to get us in order for The NWO take over. Biden probably will sail through any tight spots with The China investigation and begin free trade with them again with technology advances if they play ball in The U.N.

Say bye bye to your gun rights too. The private use of military type weapons will be curtailed then banned in short order. Don't look for The Supreme court to interpret the 2nd amendment other than for sporting use only like a shotgun or single shot deer rifle in the end. A pistol will be limited to ten rounds too.
