    Then you must have something like a NAA cause you can not do that with most SA revolvers.

    How else would you do it?? That is the only way I know to safely carry a SSA.

    I meant I can carry my Blackhawks with a full cylinder but my Colt SAA gets loaded per your description. Bob

    Yup, and you can tell at a glance, or a touch, if it is cocked and ready to go or not. And with the hammer down, there is no way it can fire if the trigger gets touched when you holster it.
