Been jamming to them for quite a while. Great band. They do a LOT of things right, but a few of their songs...... Well, they get a great driving beat going and -all of a sudden - an immediate tempo reduction that throws off the groove. Not the best 'technically', but they rock. I hope they don't "Mature" too quickly, as I like their stuff just fine as it is.

Just like many bands from overseas, they have to have a breakthrough hit. Volbeat toured with Slipknot a couple years ago, and that's how I found them (no I didn't go to knotfest). Another band I really like, is Stereophonics from Wales. Again, very popular overseas, but not much exposure in the states.

They are a great band. I’ve seen them live twice and they were unbelievable both times. In all honesty, those were probably two of the best concerts I’ve ever attended.
- They headlined in a small arena in La Crosse, WI. I think they played 2 hours or something. That was the day I went from liking to loving them.
- I also seen them at the Vikings new stadium, as the opening act for Avenged Sevenfold and Metallica.
Sad Man’s Tongue, Dead But Rising, Doc Holliday.....man do they have some great songs!
