We had hundreds of threads like this back in 2008. I'm just waiting to see the first one claiming that the serial numbers of all of your firearms are supposed to be included when filing your federal tax return. There is seldom anything that is truly new posted in the forums, it is just a rehash of the same old thing...over and over again.

Any gun purchased after Creepy takes office....

Maybe start with just AR's and AR type guns.

If you have ever filled out a 4473........your info is logged. At least in the bound book of that particular FFL. It can be audited at any time. It would not take much to audit the bound books of all FFLs............the feds have unlimited resources. So......even if you live in a state where firearm registration is not required and FTF sales are legal...........your firearm purchases, if made through an FFL, are "de facto" registered . Further................if you have have ever filled out a 4473.............guess what? your name is on a list. Have a concealed carry license? Your name is on a watch list .

Any firearm model with a SR ( Sex Registry ) will be exempt.
